My name is Oleksii Patrykieiev. I am from Ukraine. I have a family. I am not a theorist from the outside — I am a refugee going through integration in Norway, and along that path I am myself building the tools people are missing. Меня зовут Алексей Патрикеев. Я из Украины. Семья. Я не теоретик со стороны — я беженец, который проходит интеграцию в Норвегии и на этом пути сам строю инструменты, которых не хватает людям.

Råde (reception / transit centre). I cannot sit still. I saw how many hours staff spend on the same answers — and how much stress people feel without clear information. I opened my laptop and built a prototype of a digital assistant — what became Link. Råde (приёмный / распределительный центр). Я не умею сидеть на месте. Увидел, сколько часов уходит у сотрудников на одни и те же ответы — и сколько стресса у людей без понятной информации. Открыл ноутбук и собрал прототип цифрового помощника — то, что стало Link.

Mottak. I moved to a mottak — and presented the Link idea. It resonated. They showed it to UDI. UDI liked the idea too. I worked with Link as a consultant: together we completed the module. It is now being integrated into several mottak centres and into the reception centre in Råde. Моттак. Переехал в моттак — презентовал идею Link. Им это откликнулось. Показали UDI. UDI тоже идея понравилась. Я работал с Link как консультант: вместе довели модуль. Сейчас его интегрируют в несколько моттаков и в приёмный центр в Råde.

Trondheim municipality. Arriving here, I saw the next stretch of the same application: once a person knows their municipality, a new wave of routine questions appears — before meeting the curator, during the meeting, and long after. That is how the next module was born — VEI Kommune. Коммуна Тронхейм. Приехав сюда, увидел следующую дорогу того же приложения: когда человек уже знает свою коммуну, появляется новая лавина типовых вопросов — до встречи с куратором, на встрече и долго после. Так родился следующий модуль — VEI Kommune.

I am living this. The product grows from experience, not from an office. That is why it can belong here — already noted at the mottak and UDI stage. Now I offer the same honest path further — into the municipality. Я это проживаю. Продукт растёт из опыта, а не из кабинета. Поэтому он может иметь место быть — это уже отмечали на этапе моттака и UDI. Теперь предлагаю тот же честный путь дальше — в коммуну.
